Beach Cleanup Combined with Employee Family Day: Teinco Electronics Takes Action to Support Earth Day
News
Teinco Electronics combined its Employee Family Day with a public welfare initiative—a beach cleanup, inviting employees and their families to participate together. In response to the spirit of Earth Day, the company organized a beach cleanup event on Apr. 11, 2026 at Waiao Beach in Yilan, taking concrete action to protect the marine environment and demonstrating Teinco family’s commitment to sustainable development.
The event attracted many employees and their families, who enjoyed a relaxed and interactive family atmosphere while contributing to environmental protection. In addition to clearing coastal waste, the activity helped participants gain a deeper understanding of the seriousness of marine pollution, further raising environmental awareness.
Teinco Electronics stated that the company has long been concerned about marine environmental issues and has independently organized numerous beach cleanup activities over the years, with geographies spanning the North Coast of Taiwan and Nanliao Beach in Hsinchu. Through continuous, hands-on participation, the company remains actively engaged in environmental protection.
Drawing on years of accumulated experience, these initiatives have not only strengthened employees’ identification with sustainability issues but have also gradually integrated environmental values into the company’s corporate culture, making public welfare activities a natural part of everyday operations. Many employees have also taken this opportunity to bring their children along, insfilling environmental awareness from a young age and turning Family Day into a meaningful, hands-on environmental education experience.

Teinco Electronics Chairman Hsieh Yu-Lin stated that the Earth is our home, and while pursuing revenue/EPS growth is important, companies should also take responsibility for protecting the environment. By engaging in environmental initiatives such as beach cleanups, the company aims to ensure sustainability is not just a slogan, but something truly integrated into the daily lives of both the organization and its employees, and further encourages more people to take part.
In addition to its public welfare efforts, Teinco Electronics continues to expand its presence in the fields of renewable energy and electromechanical design. CEO Li Hui-Ping noted that as demand for net-zero carbon emissions and energy transition continues to grow, the development of renewable energy—such as solar and BESS applications—has become a key industry trend.
The company has long been deeply engaged in the solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) business, providing comprehensive one-stop solutions to help enterprises improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.
In response to the rapidly growing infrastructure demand driven by the development of AI and cloud computing, Li Hui-Ping stated that the company is actively entering the data center electromechanical integration solutions market this year.
Data centers require extremely high levels of power quality and energy efficiency. Teiinco Electronics is leveraging its existing engineering expertise and energy management experience to provide efficient and reliable end-to-end electromechanical systems planning, helping clients build critical infrastructure that meets future demands.

Teinco Electronics emphasized that it will continue to place “sustainable development” at the core of its future strategy, integrating its professional expertise with corporate/social responsibility. The company aims not only to create value within the industry but also to give back to society through concrete actions such as Family Day beach cleanups, contributing to the environment and future generations.
